This position is available in San Bruno, CA.
Working closely with product management, UI designers, visual designers and engineering the Senior Flash Developer will be responsible for the architecture and development of all of YouTubeâ€™s flash based feature expansion. Although interactive design experience is preferred, the primary responsibility of this role is flash development.
* BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 3+ years experience.
* Experience with Flash Media Server.
* Deep experience designing modular, object-oriented ActionScript.
* Experience with Flash communication server and/or Flash remoting a bonus, but not required.
* Experience with server-side web frameworks.
* Development experience in Python, C/C++ or Java a strong plus.
* Approaches Flash solution as a software engineering project.
